Wu Chien-Ho

Wu Chien-ho, born on May 2, 1993, in Taoyuan, Taiwan, is an exceptional actor of the new generation. During his time at Haisan High School in Taipei County, he was a member of the school's Sanshou (combat wrestling) team, and he later studied Martial Arts at the University of Culture. His specialty led him to be selected for the Hakka drama "The Kite Soaring," where he successfully portrayed a rebellious dropout dealing with drug use and recovery. His performance in this series earned him the Best Supporting Actor award in the 45th Golden Bell Awards in 2010. In the same year, he took part in Cheng You-Jie's miniseries "Days We Stared at the Sun," and his performance won him the Best Supporting Actor in a Miniseries/TV Movie at the 46th Golden Bell Awards. His acting career did not stop there; he went on to feature in multiple TV shows and movies such as "KO ONE," "Together," "到站 (The Station)," "Partners In Crime," "最後晚餐 (The Last Supper)," and "Fugitive at 18." In 2019, the film "A Sun," in which Wu Chien-ho starred, was released. His outstanding performance earned him a Best Actor nomination at the 56th Taiwan Golden Horse Awards. In 2021, he appeared in the film "Grit." Advancing into 2023, he stood out in the romantic film "Women in Taipei." Wu Chien-ho's achievements and diverse acting styles showcase his unparalleled dramatic talent and profound professional abilities.
