Allen Chen
Allen Chen (Chen Guan Zhong), originally from Taiwan, is a distinguished director and graduate of the Department of Information and Communication at Yuan Ze University. He began his journey in the film and television industry when he was still a student and has accumulated over a decade of experience in video production. From 2011, he entered the realm of assistant directing, participating in the creation of several diverse films such as "The Tag-Along", "Who Killed Cock Robin", and "The Monkey King 3". His short film, "Be Shit or Not To Be", was nominated for Best Director and Best Editing at the 42nd Golden Harvest Awards, due to its heartfelt story and exceptional directorial skills. It eventually won both Best Drama Film and Best Soundtrack awards. By August 2020, his directed TV series "Victim's Game" was nominated for Best Drama Directing at the 55th Golden Bell Awards in Taiwan. Furthermore, on September 3, 2021, his new series "Danger Zone" officially premiered in Taiwan, showcasing his distinctive and diverse directorial style.
