Feng Kai
Fung Kai, born on July 4, 1961, is a renowned Taiwanese producer and director whose talent for film and TV production is deeply rooted in his family background; both his mother, Chou You, and stepfather, Li Chao-yung, were Taiwanese television producers. Fung's directorial debut was in 1987 with the gangster film "黑道兄弟 (Brotherhood)", marking the start of his directing career.
From 1988, Fung directed many acclaimed films and series such as "金縷衣 (Golden Robe)", "Flying Dragon in the Sky", "Heaven's Wedding Gown", "Love Amongst War", and "Inborn Pair". In 2012, he was nominated for Best New Director at the 49th Golden Horse Awards for his movie "Din Tao:Leader of the Parade", further substantiating his cinematic talent. He later directed numerous series like "Second Life", "Taste of Life", and "In The Family", continuing to deliver quality shows to viewers. In 2018, his television drama "因為是家人 (We Are Family)" started broadcasting and received a warm response from the audience. In 2020, he took part in the movie "Acting Out Of Love", successfully making his way to the big screen. By 2022, his directed TV series "No Regrets In Life" was officially broadcast in Taiwan, hoping to generate another wave of enthusiasm.
