Christina Mok, whose Chinese name is Mok Yun-wen, was born on May 5, 1987. She is a Chinese-American, with both parents being of Cantonese descent. Mok, who doubles as a model and an actress, graduated from the California College of the Arts with a degree in Fashion Marketing. In 2012, she drew public attention by modeling for an advertisement for the "International Marathon Race". In 2013, she officially entered the film and television industry, participating in the romantic love drama "Love Around". Subsequently, in 2014, she was selected by screenwriter Mag Hsu to participate in the romantic idol drama "Apple in Your Eye". In July 2015, she starred in the emotional drama "The Day I Lost U", and in the same year participated in the time-travel suspense drama "Future Mr. Right". Mok took on the leading female roles in "1000 Walls in Dream" and "Yong-Jiu Grocery Store" in 2017 and 2019, respectively. On August 26, 2020, she was nominated for the Best Actress in a Television Programme at the 55th Taiwanese Golden Bell Awards.
