Rexen Cheng
Rexen Cheng Jen-Shuo, born on December 29, 1982 in Taipei City, Taiwan Province, is a male actor in the Chinese film and television industry in Taiwan. In 2001, he made his first foray into the performing arts by participating in the TV drama "紅色女人花 (Red Flower Woman)", but he temporarily left the performing arts world for seven years afterwards. In 2009, he returned to the performance industry and started from behind-the-scenes staff. In 2013, he was involved in the performance of his first film "A Time in Quchi". In 2015, he starred in the homosexual-themed movie "Thanatos, Drunk" and won the Best Supporting Actor Award at the 17th Taipei Film Festival. In 2016, Rexen Cheng received nominations for the Best Supporting Actor and Mini-series Male Lead Award respectively at the 51st Golden Bell Awards for his performances on the historical drama “La Grande Chaumiere Violette” and the TV film “The Island That All Flow By”. In 2017, he won the Best Actor award at the 11th FIRST Youth Film Festival for his portrayal of Wang Zhihao in "The Island That All Flow By". His performances in both "Gatao 2-The New Leader Rising" and "The Tag-Along: The Devil Fish" earned him the title of Highest Box Office Actor of 2018. In 2019, Cheng Jen-Shuo delivered an outstanding performance in the FTV mini-series "Schrodinger's Cat", winning him the Best Male Lead Award at the Asian Television Awards, after which he starred in the Chinese New Year film "Han Dan".
