Wong Ching-po (English, born 1973 to present), a crucial figure in Hong Kong's film industry, is a renowned director and playwright. His exceptional talent led him to victory in the drama category of the 3rd ifva and won the Excellent Award in the 5th ifva open category. Wong made a significant breakthrough in 2005 when his poignant film "Blood Brothers" earned him the Hong Kong Film Award for Best New Director. The same year, he masterfully directed an action film, "Mob Sister". By 2010, his action film "Revenge: A Love Story" stood out remarkably and was selected as part of the main competition at the 33rd Moscow International Film Festival. In 2011, he dedicated himself to a rich emotion-detailed drama "Let's Go!". By 2014, Wong once again demonstrated his profound expertise in the genre of action films with "Once Upon a Time in Shanghai".
