Sasha Chuk

Sasha Chuk, a graduate of the University of Hong Kong, claimed the Gold Award in the Open Category at the 2022 Hong Kong ifva Independent Short Film and Video Festival with her short film "Plain Sailing," which was also selected for the Osaka Asian Film Festival. Her first feature film, "Fly Me to the Moon," inspired by her own short story, was selected for the 2020 Hong Kong First Feature Film Initiative. Additionally, her short film "The Dropout Of Her" received high praise in the Fresh Wave short film segment. As of 2024, "Fly Me to the Moon" is being publicly screened in Hong Kong.
